GMP Technologies is seeking a Senior Application Consultant to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations in Singapore. You will manage projects with a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery, translating user requirements into effective functional designs and configurations.

Responsibilities include overseeing CRs in AMO support, providing solutions, and assisting sales teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven PM experience with in-depth functional knowledge of Dynamics BC (Finance, Sales & Purchase, and SCM).
• At least three full-cycle implementations as Senior Application Consultant with hands-on vendor/client-side experience.

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of Dynamics as Project Manager/Application Leader.
• Manage project success focusing on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
• Provide solutions based on user requirements as Senior Application Consultant.
• Manage daily operations and maintenance, including Change Request (CR) definition as AMO Support Leader.
• Assist with sales activities as Sales/Presales Support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven project management experience with in-depth functional knowledge of Dynamics Business Central, particularly in Finance, Sales & Purchase, and Supply Chain modules.
• At least three full-cycle implementations as a Senior Application Consultant, with hands-on experience (vendor management from the client side is not sufficient).
• Expertise in preparing functional specifications and conceptual designs in Dynamics, aligned with business requirements.
• Experience in Application Management Outsourcing (AMO), including customer support, change management, and user training.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
