Dell Technologies seeks a Services Sales Leader for APJC Global Alliances to own regional services bookings, revenue, margin, and partner-driven growth across alliances including global and regional systems integrators, service providers, CSPs, and digital partners.

This leader translates Dell Services offerings into repeatable alliance plays, guides country-aligned Services Account Executives, and drives complex, multi-country opportunities with strong customer value and commercial discipline.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services, solutions, or alliance-led sales with bookings and margin results.
• Leadership across regional, multi-country or matrixed sales teams.
• Proven success selling services to enterprise customers.
• Experience with global/regional alliances (GSIs, SIs, CSPs, etc.).
• Track record in complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead APJC Global Alliances Services sales strategy and execution.
• Build executive relationships with priority alliance partners and Dell stakeholders.
• Drive complex alliance-led services opportunities to close and grow revenue.
• Own forecast, pipeline, and governance for disciplined sales processes.
• Mentor country-aligned Account Executives to build a high-performing team.
• Influence portfolio positioning and GTM programs through market insight.
