Job summary
VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Data Protection & Resiliency) to drive design and engage with enterprise customers across Singapore and the APJ region.
You will be a trusted advisor leading architecture discussions and designing resilient data protection strategies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Based in Singapore
- Proven experience as Solution Architect / Senior Pre-Sales Engineer / Technical Consultant
- Willingness to travel across Singapore and APJ region for customer engagements
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for data protection, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives
- Engage customers across Singapore and APJ to translate requirements into scalable, resilient designs
- Design solutions covering backup, replication, DR, cyber resilience, and data governance
- Conduct technical workshops, solution presentations, and executive-level engagements
- Lead and execute PoCs and technical validations
- Prepare solution architecture designs, technical proposals, and RFP/RFI responses
- Provide advisory on best practices, compliance, and ransomware protection strategies
- Collaborate with sales, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive deal closure
- Support implementation and deployment for complex or strategic projects
