Job summary

Sanofi in Singapore is seeking a Production Chemist to provide technical and process support for API manufacturing. You will apply chemistry and chemical engineering principles to troubleshoot issues, improve robustness, and optimize yield while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, CI, Engineering and HSE teams to drive CPV, process validation and technology transfer activities across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (required).
• 1–3 years of API manufacturing or MSAT experience preferred.
• Experience with CPV, CPPs and CQAs; knowledge of cleaning validation is a plus.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPV, CPPs, CQAs and process yield.
• Knowledge of cleaning validation, cGMP, HSE and process safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and process support for API manufacturing operations.
• Lead Continued Process Verification (CPV) and trend analysis of CPPs, CQAs and process yield.
• Support cleaning validation and lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering and HSE teams.
• Participate in technology transfer and risk assessments for process safety.
