Job summary

Wellington Management in Singapore is seeking a Product Reporting Analyst for Client Operations APAC. You will deliver high-quality wealth reporting materials, including client presentations, factsheets, and fund commentaries, across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will collaborate with APAC Wealth Client Group, Investment Products & Fund Strategies, and Compliance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards while supporting new reporting requirements and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• Strong capital markets, investment, or product knowledge.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Independent self-starter who can manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Wealth Client Group teams to support reporting and presentation needs for private banks, wealth platforms, and intermediary clients.
• Produce and maintain high-quality wealth reporting materials, including client presentations, factsheets, fund commentaries, and ad hoc reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal standards.
• Support onboarding of new reporting requirements and customized deliverables for wealth clients, including template maintenance and process documentation.
• Produce recurring monthly and quarterly materials and peer-review team deliverables as needed.
