Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Product Reporting Analyst for Client Operations APAC to deliver high‑quality reporting and client materials across the Asia‑Pacific region, including Japan. You will combine investment knowledge with analytics to produce accurate, timely materials for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role partners with APAC Wealth Client Group and supports onboarding of new reporting requirements, with a focus on accuracy, standardisation, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• Solid capital markets, investment, or product knowledge.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Independent yet collaborative, able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Wealth Client Group to support reporting needs.
• Produce and maintain wealth reporting materials: presentations, factsheets, and commentaries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support onboarding of new reporting requirements and templates.
• Serve as regional contact for APAC wealth reporting and drive efficiency.
• Understand APAC Wealth business and regulatory expectations for client materials.
• Produce recurring monthly and quarterly client reports and presentations.
• Peer review team deliverables to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with FE FundInfo and external platforms for distribution.
