Job summary

Wellington Management in Singapore seeks a Product Reporting Analyst within Client Operations APAC to deliver high-quality product and client reporting across Asia-Pacific, including Japan. You will produce standard materials, develop customized client reporting, and ensure accurate, timely information for clients, prospects, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, investment management, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial industry, investment management, or client reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (traditional and simplified).
• Solid foundation in capital markets, asset allocation, and multi-asset strategies.
• Analytical with strong quantitative skills and ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of standard product and client materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery during peak reporting periods.
• Produce recurring monthly and quarterly materials, including customized client reports and presentations.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and messaging quality.
• Collaborate with Investment Products & Fund Strategies and the Client Group to understand reporting needs and guidelines.
• Focus primarily on Multi-Asset products with exposure to other asset classes within APAC.
• Develop expertise in asset allocation and investment strategies to advance reporting and client service.
