Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Market Engagement Lead for APAC to anchor Vault CRM deployment across the region, coordinating global strategies with in-market stakeholders. The role drives localization, governance, and cross-functional delivery to ensure timely, compliant rollout across APAC markets.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in CRM/Vault or similar enterprise deployments, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to lead multi-country programs across time zones with travel as required.

Qualifications

8+ years in CRM/Vault deployment or IT program delivery.
Experience with multi-country APAC deployments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading SIT/UAT testing cycles.
Willingness to travel within APAC.

Responsibilities

Coordinate global-to-regional programs and translate strategy into regional plans.
Define Vault CRM deployment tailored to APAC needs.
Lead regional delivery across APAC markets and govern forums.
Document localization requirements and support market expansions.
Manage integration risks and issue resolution with multiple squads.
Oversee SIT/UAT governance and hypercare readiness.
