• Professional and engaging presentation skills.
• Deep technical expertise in P&C Insurance Underwriting is required.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate, analyze, and interpret technical information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions across APAC and in-person workshops as needed.
• Collaborate with APAC T&D team, business leaders and stakeholders to address learning needs.
• Prepare and deliver content by reviewing materials and using assessments to measure understanding.
• Work with instructional designers, SMEs, business units and HR to refine training materials.
• Track participation and progress using CTX or LSM and report outcomes for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training quality.
