Job summary

CAA Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to develop the UAS ecosystem in Singapore, creating a conducive environment for the UAS industry while shaping the future of unmanned systems technology. You will work with stakeholders to grow the UAS sector and enable new technologies and applications.

You will plan, coordinate and implement initiatives across government agencies, industry and academia, driving growth, capability development and public acceptance.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, corporate planning or policy and planning roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional and senior stakeholder engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess emerging trends in unmanned systems and conduct risk assessments.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive CAAS’ strategic position and deliverables.
• Manage key accounts to facilitate business development and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with economic, workforce development and educational partners to grow the UAS ecosystem.
• Drive outreach and promotion initiatives to engage hobbyists, students and other stakeholders.
