Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an APAC ALM Associate within Chief Investment Office, Treasury and Corporate Risk. You will oversee liquidity risk and structural interest rate risk for APAC entities, monitor risk metrics, and help set policies and limits to support safe funding strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
5 years of experience in banking related to treasury or liquidity risk.
Understanding of Basel III liquidity requirements and interest rate risk.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to risk detail.
Fluency in Mandarin to support China-related stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Identify, monitor, and assess liquidity risks for APAC entities.
Analyze sources and uses of liquidity across firm-wide and legal entities.
Oversee liquidity risk and interest rate risk limits.
Contribute to risk policy definition and governance in stressed conditions.
Provide independent review of stress scenarios and back-testing processes.
Lead deep-dive analyses by legal entity or market move to identify risk and mitigations.
Engage with regulators and cross-functional stakeholders with clear analysis.
