- Track stock, sell-out and weeks of cover by operator and door; flag out-of-stock and overstock risks early.
- Prepare monthly operator forecasts for the Sales Manager’s sign-off and the S&OP cycle.
- Maintain price lists, assortment and listing files, and check pricing consistency across operators.
- Coordinate counter and gondola updates, launch set-ups and promotional spaces so they meet brand guidelines and operator standards.
- Forecast, order and distribute POSM and testers; follow up installation with operators and vendors.
- Run store checks and photo audits against planograms; log issues and follow them through to closure.
- Keep an up-to-date record of door layouts, VM assets and completed projects.
3. Trade marketing and promotions
- Execute operator promotion calendars, GWP and sampling mechanics agreed with Marketing and the operator.
- Track A&P and promotion spend against budget; raise and follow purchase orders through to payment.
- Collect promotion results and sell-out impact for post-evaluation.
4. Training
- Schedule launch and product training for operator staff and beauty advisors with Marketing/Education.
- Distribute training materials and track attendance and completion by door.
5. Reporting and admin
- Update the weekly TR tracker (orders, stock, projects, open actions) for the Weekly Sales Brief.
- Prepare operator meeting materials, and record decisions, owners and deadlines.
- Maintain contract, term-sheet and store-project trackers; coordinate samples, catalogues and document control.
- Handle ad-hoc operational requests from the Sales Manager.
