Job summary

Atos invites a Business Consultant for the APAC transformation program. You will support execution across multiple workstreams, acting as a bridge between executive stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, deadlines, and issue resolution in a high-performance environment.

This junior consulting role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and strict governance to drive operational excellence across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in consulting, business operations, or commercial transformation in a fast-paced environment (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to interpret and structure data.

Responsibilities

• Workstream Coordination: Liaise with the APAC executive leadership team and progress multiple Genesis workstreams, ensuring milestones are met.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to strategic and annual business plans with stakeholders across units.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Data & Insights: Analyze project metrics to identify risks and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Project Governance: Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and produce reports as requested.
