Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking an Asia Pacific Transaction Reporting Lead to drive strategic direction for regulatory reporting across the region. You will lead senior managers across multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting while shaping governance and transformation initiatives.

You will partner with Technology and Change to deliver automation, AI-enabled improvements, and a modernised reporting platform, with exposure to regulators and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial institutions within Corporate/Investment Banking environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transaction regulatory reporting.
• Proven transformation / process re-engineering / AI tool related projects tied to regulatory reporting.
• Accountable senior manager for regulatory reporting with governance and remediation ownership.
• Experience engaging regulators, auditors, and internal senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and end-to-end accountability for Transaction Reporting across Asia Pacific.
• Lead regional leadership teams, including Vice Presidents, across multiple locations.
• Own reporting quality, operational performance, and control effectiveness across jurisdictions.
• Represent IB and CB Operations in regional executive forums and regulatory governance committees.
• Contribute to global strategy and target operating model development as part of the Global Transaction Reporting Leadership Team.
• Define and execute the Asia Transaction Reporting strategy including regulatory change, automation and AI initiatives.
• Lead regulatory examinations, inspections, and audit interactions.
