Charterhouse Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced IT governance and risk professional to lead regional governance, risk and control frameworks across APAC. You will embed robust control environments, manage operational risk, and collaborate with service owners to drive remediation and assurance activities.

You will partner with security, risk, audit and infrastructure teams to ensure governance maturity, policy adherence, and continuous improvement across regional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, Engineering, Risk Management or related field.
• 5–10 years in IT governance, technology risk, compliance, service management or IT infra operations.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management, control environments and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enhance APAC TSG governance frameworks with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Provide management with oversight of governance maturity, control effectiveness and remediation progress.
• Embed risk management practices and control frameworks into daily TSG service delivery.
• Identify, assess and elevate operational, compliance and control risks with timely mitigation.
• Coordinate remediation actions with service owners to improve controls and reduce risks.
• Drive readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and assurance activities; coordinate evidence collection and responses.
