Job summary

Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for solder wire, solder paste, and sinter paste solutions across the APAC region. You will serve as the technical interface between customers, Sales, Product Marketing, and R&D to ensure successful implementation and training.

The role leads customer-specific projects, supports new product introductions, and manages technical escalations with 8D reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Materials/related engineering field or equivalent
10+ years in semiconductor assembly materials or related industry
Strong knowledge of die attach applications and SMT processes
Excellent communication and project-management skills

Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support across APAC for solder wire, solder paste and sinter paste products
Lead customer-specific technical projects and tailor-made solutions
Deliver product training and assist in new product launches with Product Marketing and R&D
Coordinate complaint investigations and implement 8D corrective actions
Support pre- and post-sales technical consultation and sample builds at Heraeus laboratories
