BNP Paribas Singapore Branch is seeking a senior leader to head Sustainability & Structured Trade Solutions for TB APAC. You will steer sustainability initiatives across Transaction Banking APAC, collaborating with sales and structurers to execute mandates and grow the sustainable product offering.
The role requires 10+ years in trade finance/transaction banking, a related bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to pitch and close complex deals while managing ESG risk and governance across
Formación
- 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance/transaction banking structuring, risk, sales & marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Law, Business or related field.
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate and close deals; communicate with senior management and clients.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.
- Maintains high quality standards and delivers results within deadlines.
Responsabilidades
- Define and implement sustainability strategy for TB APAC and align with client action plans.
- Educate staff and clients on sustainable finance; represent the bank externally.
- Develop innovative sustainable products and data-driven solutions across functions.
- Support sales teams in client engagement; industrialize sustainable assets/liabilities.
- Oversee ESG deal structures to mitigate risks and advise senior leadership.
- Collaborate with GTS sales and product teams to market structured trade solutions.
- Drive cross-functional synergy and manage pipelines of flagship deals.
