Job summary

Nebius is seeking an APAC Supply Chain Security Manager based in Singapore to own and lead security for the region. You will establish the regional framework, build a vendor network, and deliver security outcomes across warehouse and transportation across APAC.

The role requires strong leadership, regional experience, and the ability to work with global teams in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment. Expect significant travel and close collaboration with Nebius leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading security function establishment in APAC or similar.
• Analytical and structured risk assessment approach.

Responsibilities

• Establish the APAC security function from the ground up, defining regional risk and partner ecosystems.
• Own warehouse and transportation security across APAC with end-to-end incident response.
• Coordinate with global leadership and regional partners to implement regional security standards.
• Lead risk assessments, threat profiling, and vendor onboarding across APAC markets.
• Travel extensively within APAC to conduct assessments and engagements.
