Job summary

Marex is expanding its APAC team in Singapore and offers a chance to kick off a career in capital markets. The role supports the sales team with day‑to‑day tasks, client communications, and idea generation for efficiency and profitability, under team guidance and cross‑continent collaboration.

The position involves interaction with trading, operations, marketing and business teams, with training provided by team members as part of early career development.

Qualifications

• Studying at a University for a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a major in economics, finance, or accounting.
• Good attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a “self‑starter”, result‑driven and creative thinker.
• Ability to work proactively within a team as well as individually.

Responsibilities

• To use the pricing tools to price and book structured products transactions on asset classes including global and Asian equities, cryptocurrencies, credit, commodities, funds.
• To draft client newsletters and investment rationales for product ideas for the team’s client base.
• To run various other tasks and responsibilities related to trade support and activity monitoring.
• To remain close to market trends and adapt to the ever‑evolving priorities of the team.
• Ensure course of business is in line with the Company’s policies procedures and comply with the rules and regulations
• The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time
