Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial market data, indicative pricing, pricing services and valuations.
• Deep understanding of fixed income and derivatives markets, market structure and client workflows.
• Proven track record of developing, commercializing and managing revenue-generating market data products.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility and pricing strategy.
• Programming experience in Python, VBA or similar analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap for Indicative Pricing and Market Data globally, with emphasis on Asia-Pacific growth.
• Own the commercial success and lifecycle management of the product portfolio, including development and client adoption.
• Source datasets and maximize commercial value by partnering with Global Broking leadership.
• Lead cross-functional product development with Engineering, Analytics, Data Science and Implementation teams.
• Maintain and enhance pricing methodologies, benchmarks, analytics and data standards.
• Assess pricing models, market conventions and model outputs for robust products.
• Establish and maintain product governance, data quality and documentation.
• Represent client voice with buy-side and sell-side participants to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Client Success on go-to-market and training.
• Build strategic relationships with data providers and industry partners.
• Provide leadership and mentorship across the Product organization.
• Work with Analytics and Implementation teams to design and execute new product ideas.
