Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for APAC within the GCS Revenue Strategy & Operations team in Singapore. You will support the Chief of Staff and manage executive communications, strategic initiatives, and the business cadence across six APAC markets.

You will partner with sales teams, align cross-functional priorities, prepare strategic briefings, drive OKRs, and lead programs to enable sellers and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA preferred with 6 years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Craft narratives for diverse audiences on behalf of the VP and manage messaging across channels.
• Structure the executive team's agenda, oversee OKR setting/tracking, and coordinate QBRs.
• Prepare strategic briefings and consolidate cross-functional inputs for leadership.
• Build and leverage a network across sales teams to capture and report feedback.
• Lead APAC-wide programs to support sellers and managers.
