Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive workstreams within regional strategy and transformation initiatives across APAC markets.
• Partner with country heads and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Support development of business cases for new markets, products, and revenue opportunities.
• Conduct structured analysis to solve ambiguous business problems and translate insights into recommendations.
• Contribute to post-M&A integration efforts, including revenue synergy impact and operational alignment.
• Support development of external partnerships within the payments and fintech ecosystem.
• Prepare materials and present insights to senior stakeholders across the region.
• Other related duties as assigned.
