Job summary

WorldPay Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the APAC Transformation and Strategy team and help unleash the potential of our business across the region. You will drive strategy workstreams, partner with country heads and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, and support business cases for new markets, products and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and present insights to senior stakeholders across the region.
• Other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll own

• Conduct structured analysis to solve ambiguous business problems and translate insights into recommendations

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or relevant roles
• Experience in leading workstreams or independently managing projects
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions and markets
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
• Track record of delivering actionable business insights that drive impact
