Job summary

Allianz Trade in Asia Pacific is seeking a senior credit professional to originate, structure, and underwrite high-quality transactions across APAC. The role combines client development, risk assessment, and technical underwriting to deliver sound decisions aligned with our strategic objectives.

You will lead commercial origination with brokers and corporate clients, coordinate with risk teams, and manage a portfolio to balance growth and disciplined risk.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in credit insurance, structured trade credit, banking, or related industry.
• Strong competency in policy wording, credit analysis, and transaction structuring.
• Track record in originating and executing deals with brokers, corporates, and financial institutions.
• Experience in APAC markets and cross-border transactions is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and develop new business opportunities with brokers, banks, and corporate clients
• Lead the commercial underwriting process in coordination with risk underwriting teams
• Monitor and manage assigned portfolio to ensure risk quality, profitability, and compliance with internal standards
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across underwriting, distribution, legal, and risk functions
