Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a Senior Managing Consultant to drive the Innovation agenda within the APAC Services Incubator, focusing on Digital Assets services across Asia Pacific.

The role blends consulting with sales to expand Mastercard Innovation capabilities among enterprise clients. You will partner with Services sales and delivery teams to shape opportunities, lead regional initiatives, and build trusted adviser relationships with senior executives, within a fast-paced, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Innovation background including digital and AI transformation, UI/UX design, design thinking, Gen AI, wearable technologies, new approaches to customer engagement.
• MBA preferred but can be substituted for strong experience in the above topics.
• Experience in digital assets would be a plus.
• Consulting experience from a top-rated firm is valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Working with broader Services sales organization to access client needs and strategic agenda. Use Services Innovation capabilities to differentiate and expand Mastercard Innovation business with customers, including new product, services, partners, etc.
• Leading key regional and local innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L.
• Support rest of the Services sales team on end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
• Bring in new thought leadership to establish Services brand across key customer stakeholders.
• Work with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects sold.
• Achieve sales targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind.
• Build and inculcate relationships to become a trusted advisor to Senior/Executive level clients.
