Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant for Innovation Consulting in Singapore. This sprint leader role focuses on designing and delivering product and process engagements for clients and internal stakeholders, combining ideation, rapid prototyping and agile product management.

You will lead cross-functional teams and champion Mastercard's innovation agenda across Asia Pacific and globally, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in product innovation and consulting.
• Experience across product development, agile and design thinking.
• Strong facilitation: leading multi-disciplinary groups through planning and requirements definition.
• Executive level presentation skills and ability to translate tech to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and delivery of multiple customer engagements including innovation consulting and delivery of Mastercard innovation products.
• Lead envisioning, ideation, product planning, issue resolution, action planning and prototyping.
• Facilitate client events using design thinking, ideation, agile development and agile product management.
• Create innovative tools, templates and methodologies for rapid innovation.
• Lead small and large teams toward a shared product outcome.
• Contribute to new Digital Labs programs and enhance existing methodologies.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies in payments and commerce and identify prototype opportunities.
