Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Business Analyst Intern in Singapore to monitor and analyze KPIs for APAC Service Operations. You will work under the Director, Service Operational Excellence, supporting continuous improvement and standard work development.

You should have a Bachelor's in business, engineering, or data science, strong Excel skills, and an interest in Power BI. This internship offers exposure to Kaizen projects, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or data science & analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and interest in PowerBI and coding preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good learning attitude to accumulate business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate KPIs for APAC Service Operations.
• Provide analysis to establish standard work and identify improvements.
• Create process maps to visualize work processes and identify improvements.
• Collect and analyze data using statistical techniques and applications.
• Propose and implement Lean solutions with affected teams.
• Apply business acumen to provide actionable insights and monitor KPIs for cross-functional stakeholders in APAC.
• Benchmark across APAC to identify best practices and areas for continuous improvement.
