Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. invites a motivated intern to support APAC Services Growth initiatives. The role centers on building PowerBI dashboards, modeling data, and analyzing market dynamics to guide strategic decisions. You will work with SQL/ETL, Python/R basics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC.

The internship is full-time for six months, offering hands-on experience in analytics, forecasting, and program management within a global technology and building systems leader.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or data science & analytics from a reputable educational institution.
• Able to commit to a full‑time internship for 6 months preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI, Data Modeling & Visualization, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design & implementation of impactful BI dashboards using PowerBI to analyze market activities and extract leading indicators.
• Implement simulation models to analyze seasonal trends, regional dynamics to identify proactive actions and revenue forecasting.
• Utilize DAX for measures and data modeling concepts; consolidate data from sources into PowerBI; use SQL for ETL processes.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: translate business requirements into insightful visualizations and reports.
• Support in the execution of Program Management plan, including cadence planning and problem solving.
