Job summary

Industrious Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager, APAC, to lead end-to-end delivery of high-end commercial interior projects across the region. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate design, procurement, and construction, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

Based in Singapore with frequent travel across APAC, you will build scalable processes, dashboards, and cost controls while collaborating with Real Estate, Legal, and external

Qualifications

• 10+ years' professional experience managing commercial interior, retail, or hospitality construction projects from concept to completion
• Degree in M&E, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Engineering preferred
• Experience managing a team, including direct reports and cross-APAC projects

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple projects simultaneously across APAC markets
• Deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget
• Own end-to-end commercial management including cost planning, procurement strategy, tender management and final account reconciliation
• Manage all phases of projects from kick-off to handover
• Lead project team meetings and oversee all construction documentation
• Develop and maintain project tracking tools and standards
