Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks a senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale data centre campuses at 100 MW+ scale in Singapore and APAC. You will direct civil/structural works, MEP, fit-out, testing and handover, while establishing PMO frameworks and governance.

You will manage multi-tower portfolios up to US$2 billion, lead cross-functional teams of 10–20 staff, and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, operations teams, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre programmes in Singapore/APAC.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and data centre infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programmes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre campuses at 100 MW+ scale (civil, structural, MEP, fit-out, testing, commissioning, handover).
• Establish and govern PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, programme reporting, risk management and delivery disciplines across multi-tower programmes.
• Manage capital portfolios up to US$2 billion with accountability for commercial controls, variations, claims management and cost outcomes.
• Direct integrated project teams of 10–20 staff across delivery environments with up to 1,000 site personnel.
• Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation for critical data centre equipment.
• Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors, data centre ops teams, supply-chain partners, and authorities.
• Drive programme recovery, schedule optimisation, and milestone acceleration when tracking against baselines.
• Maintain governance aligned with Singapore requirements (CORENET X, Green Mark, fire-safety).
