Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Security Manager to implement and maintain Global Protection initiatives across South Asia Pacific, protecting employees, assets and customers at Retail, Offices, Laurelton Diamonds, Logistics and Industrial locations.

The role leads incident management, risk assessments, investigations, and training, ensuring brand integrity and readiness for crises. Travel up to 30% and collaboration with law enforcement are key expectations.

Qualifications

• 10 years related experience.
• 8 years job related experience in investigations.
• Ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with law enforcement and governmental agencies
• Willingness to travel up to 30% overnight
• Highest level of integrity.
• Experience in security systems, procedures, investigations, legal issues, supervision and training
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Maintain established “Hard Target” standards, physical security measures, and company shrink through security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
• Incident and Crisis Management: build business resilience with Global Crisis Management Team and respond to emergencies.
• Proactive protection of new store openings and renovations with risk assessments and training.
• Conduct preventative training and risk assessment in stores on asset protection, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and personal conduct.
• Liaise with Corporate Security on investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Ensure brand integrity and protection of high-value merchandise and events; coordinate with training networks for materials.
