Job summary

Group-IB is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its APAC Business Operations team in Singapore. You will handle administrative requests for the commercial side, acting as the point of contact for sales, stakeholders, clients and vendors.

You will support contract processes, liaise with legal/finance, maintain the Salesforce CRM, and help drive deal progression while coordinating meetings and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English with solid communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team and Business Operations in APAC with administrative matters.
• Build strong internal relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Liaise with legal and finance on contract matters.
• Maintain Salesforce system and ensure contracts are up to date.
• Monitor payment terms and contract validity with clients.
• Track progress of deals and assist in scheduling meetings.
• Draft basic accounting documents and business correspondences.
• Prepare reports for management and assist with partner documents.
