Job summary

Wise Payments is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive strategic deals in the Japan and Korea markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage RFP processes, and ensure alignment of deal timelines from qualification to contract.

This pivotal role sits within the APAC deal team, focusing on faster, larger, and more efficient sales outcomes. You will partner with BDs, AMs, Legal, Compliance, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to streamline complex opportunities and support global

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement or GTM in payments/fintech or SaaS.
• Ability to manage complex project portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management and collaboration tool skills.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights and basic SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and highly organized.
• Ability to build processes from scratch in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the highest impact and most complex opportunities across APAC.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps for key deals and accounts.
• Coordinate information gathering and and prepare proposals for timely submissions.
• Coordinate deal workstreams and ensure internal/external alignment.
• Support regular project cadences across teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to enable faster, larger deals.
• Assist content and event strategies to generate top of funnel in APAC.
