Job summary

Google is seeking a Regional Program Manager within Google Customer Solutions (GCS) to bridge global strategy and APAC GCS sales teams. You will focus on specialist programs in APAC, including GMP acquisition frameworks, and collaborate with Global Specialism Programs to shape and land changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, marketing/sales, or business operations and analytics using spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets) and database queries (e.g., SQL).
• Experience in project or program management.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities and build data-driven business cases to drive growth and strategic initiatives across APAC GCS.
• Lead the regional deployment and landing of global sales programs, including the commercialization of new GMP acquisition frameworks.
• Act as a bridge between global strategy and regional Sales teams, influence executive management and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance data and operating metrics to provide actionable business reviews for RSO leadership and troubleshoot program design challenges.
• Build deep regional expertise by capturing seller and customer feedback to refine GTM activations and ensure programs meet market nuances.
