Job summary

FP Global in Singapore is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Management Associate to join the Revenue Management team. You will work closely with senior leadership on initiatives that drive business performance through data, analytics, and cross-functional problem solving.

You will own data pipelines and dashboards, support MBRs and budgeting, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing and Pricing to elevate revenue metrics across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Revenue Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python; comfortable working with large datasets and building analytical solutions independently.
• Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools and business performance metrics.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple functions and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong project management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Japanese language proficiency will be advantageous due to exposure to the Japan market.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance data pipelines and dashboards used across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Pricing.
• Support monthly business reviews and annual budgeting through revenue analysis and reporting.
• Analyse business performance, identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives and high-impact projects.
• Work with leadership to identify bottlenecks and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to design and development of a centralised data platform with the data team.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
