CoreWeave is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Regulatory/Compliance (APAC) to shape regulatory strategy across Asia‑Pacific and enable responsible growth. You will partner with senior leaders to translate evolving laws into practical business decisions, build scalable regional compliance programs, and lead complex multi‑jurisdictional matters in a high‑growth cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience advising technology or regulated businesses across APAC jurisdictions.
• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• Ability to lead complex regulatory matters from initial assessment through implementation and remediation.
• Experience engaging regulators and managing sensitive inquiries, audits, and licensing matters.
• Experience designing and overseeing regulatory compliance programs, policies, and training.

• Set and execute APAC regulatory and compliance strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead regulatory diligence for entry into and expansion across APAC markets.
• Monitor, interpret, and operationalize privacy, data protection, cybersecurity laws across APAC.
• Advise senior leaders on strategic initiatives, product launches, and regulatory risk.
• Build scalable regional compliance programs with policies, risk assessments, training, and audits.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, and Data Center Operations to embed regulatory requirements.
• Advise on APAC trade and sanctions, export controls, and cross-border data transfers.
• Lead regulatory inquiries, audits, licensing matters, and government engagements across APAC.
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity incidents and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.
• Engage regulators and industry groups to inform policy positions and standards.
• Manage outside counsel and specialist advisors, including scope and budget.
