Emerson is seeking a Software Regional Business Manager to accelerate software growth for the Test & Measurement Group across assigned regions. The role connects global strategy with regional execution, partnering with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to build pipeline, expand adoption, and improve renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional software growth plan translating global strategy into local action across territories and accounts.
• Drive software business performance through pipeline creation, conversion, adoption, renewal, expansion, and retention.
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, distributor, and leadership to align priorities and accelerate growth.
• Enable sellers and partners with messaging, workflows, and technical confidence to position NI software.
• Serve as the regional voice of the customer and field for market feedback and insights.
• Lead through influence with clear priorities, cadence, metrics, and accountability.
