Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Singapore seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Asia Pacific, to drive MTU power generation product sales across the APAC region (excluding Greater China). You will partner with engineering teams, customers and channel partners to deliver technically robust and commercially competitive solutions tailored for data centres, industrial and infrastructure markets.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Sales experience (min 5 years) in power generation or a related industry.
• Proven experience in technical sales within power generation, energy systems, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of generator systems, diesel and/or gas engines, or mission-critical power solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets, agreed with internal and external partners for MTU power generation products.
• Drive business development activities, identify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline across assigned markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
• Work closely with application engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure proposal alignment.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals to reach a solution positioning with value proposition.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, identify customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare respective strategic market decisions to grow the business in the associated countries within the framework of responsibility in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Contribute to regional sales strategy and execution plans to support sustainable business growth.
• Provide accurate regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, including developments in data centres and power generation technologies.
• Attend promotional campaigns, trade shows and conduct product presentations.
• Travel overseas on business.
• Work on special assignments from time to time.
