Qualifications

• Five years' experience as a real estate transaction manager in a multinational company or major consultancy.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets across Asia Pacific.
• Excellent planning skills and ability to influence decisions.
• Solid understanding of financials and value drivers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare real estate strategic plans with the Regional Strategy & Transaction head.
• Coordinate with finance, design, construction, consultants, and business teams for strategic planning.
• Manage the RFP process and select consultants, brokers, and agents.
• Lead site selection and RFP processes; perform due diligence and negotiate with developers/landlords.
• Provide program management and analytics; collaborate on financial modeling and transaction evaluation.
• Negotiate leases and purchase contracts; manage documentation with consultants and legal counsel.
• Oversee lease reporting and renewals across the region.
• Support real estate initiatives as a Program Manager.
