Job summary

Google LLC in Singapore seeks a Program Manager to lead regional labor planning for Third Party Data Centers in APAC. You will architect labor strategy, synthesize long-term staffing requirements, and align human capital with infrastructure demands across data centers.

The AI and Infrastructure team enables scalable, reliable planning, coordinating with Googlers, Cloud customers, and global partners on a continuous improvement journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project and program management, leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in supply chain operations, emphasizing process mapping, integrated planning, supply/demand management, labor modeling, asset management, or procurement.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and generative AI workflows to automate repetitive planning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and demand signals to build integrated plans and labor capacity models.
• Drive continuous improvement in lead-times, resources, and constraints management across sites.
• Identify regional labor shortages or bottlenecks within the APAC territory, and develop contingency plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support program planning requests for new product development, maintenance, decommissions, and returns to keep cross-functional projects on schedule.
• Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows to augment labor forecasting, automate scenario modeling, and streamline planning execution.
