Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a strategic, commercially minded Director, Finance & Accounting to lead accounting, reporting, compliance and treasury across APAC. This role ensures integrity of financial reporting, robust internal controls, and partners with senior leaders to support growth.

The Director will oversee regional accounting, statutory compliance, treasury operations, financing initiatives, and M&A integration, building a high-performing finance organization while advising management on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Minimum 12-15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a multinational.
• Big 4 audit background preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in IFRS, consolidations, debt financing, treasury and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, year-end close processes.
• Ensure timely management, statutory and shareholder reporting.
• Drive finance transformation and process improvement across APAC.
