Stripe is seeking a Product Counsel for Money Movement Legal (Asia-Pacific) in Singapore. You will advise product, engineering, partnerships, compliance, risk, and marketing teams on money movement legal and regulatory considerations across Asia-Pacific, helping to navigate emerging requirements and bring products to market.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as a qualified lawyer in a law firm, in-house legal team, or government agency.
- Expertise in payment services laws and regulations, such as the Payment Services Act of Singapore.
- Qualified to practice law, preferably in a jurisdiction in Asia-Pacific.
- Experience translating complex legal requirements into clear, actionable advice for product teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise product teams on legal and regulatory considerations for money movement products across Asia-Pacific.
- Partner with product, engineering, partnerships, compliance, risk, marketing, and Legal teams to navigate requirements and bring products to market.
- Scope and build scalable processes for legal review and product launches.
- Stay up to date on money movement laws and regulations and advise senior management.
- Collaborate with the global Legal team on regulatory structures and customer agreements.
