Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–4 years in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or payment operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese to support China/Taiwan P2P activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on process improvement and controls.

Aufgaben

• Manage third party operating expense payments and reporting for China, Taiwan and Asia entities.
• Understand regulations, tax handling, and accounting controls across multiple jurisdictions.
• Adhere to vendor governance, payment management, and documentation policies.
• Respond to business queries and manage stakeholder requests promptly.
• Identify risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes for improvements.
• Drive process transformation to improve operating efficiencies and controls.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and issue resolution documentation.
• Develop and deliver training for end-users.
• Communicate confidently in diverse forums and sessions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Divisional Finance on third-party expenses.
• Build relationships across the organization to enable success.
