Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an Analyst for the Global Procurement Operations team based in Singapore. The role focuses on procure-to-pay activities for China and Taiwan with cross-regional coverage.

You will analyze operational data, support management reporting, and drive process improvements across stakeholders at regional and global levels. The ideal candidate demonstrates analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or related finance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese to support China and Taiwan activities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in depth understanding of regulations, tax handling and accounting controls in multiple jurisdictions related to invoice payments.
• Understand and adhere to firm policies on vendor governance, payment management and documentation.
• Conduct data analyses to identify trends and root causes to engage stakeholders for improvements.
• Drive process transformation initiatives to enhance operating efficiencies and controls.
• Participate in platform upgrades, system enhancements, and UAT, documenting results and issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users.
• Communicate confidently in various forums, sessions and trainings.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Divisional Finance from a third-party operating expense angle.
• Build relationships with businesses at all levels within the corporation.
