Job summary

HARTING Technology Group is seeking a Pricing & Quoting Process Excellence Manager - APAC in Singapore to lead pricing governance across the region. The role focuses on establishing pricing process infrastructure, documenting best practices, and building analytical foundations to improve quote turnarounds and margins.

The Senior-level position requires collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Finance and Operations, and involves travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in process excellence, commercial operations or pricing roles.
• Experience in complex B2B industrial environments preferred.
• Hands-on cross-functional pricing and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing frameworks: project-level pricing, customer pricing reviews, annual market pricing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, governance models, and training materials.
• Lead pricing cycle in APAC with Product Management and Finance.
• Support CRM, SAP, and reporting tool implementations and optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze quote conversion, margins, and cycle times.
