Job summary

• Strong Scrum/Agile experience with CI/CD and rapid delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
• Deep domain knowledge in Equity post-trade lifecycle and related regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery, and support of Post Trade technology platforms for global markets operations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams with focus on talent development and succession planning.
• Provide technology leadership in architecture, engineering practices, and platform modernization.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex regulatory, risk, and operational initiatives in APAC.
• Collaborate with global technology teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
• Work with SRE and infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability and operational excellence.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps to enhance capabilities and reduce risk.
