Job summary

Space Executive is assisting a leading APAC project and construction management firm to hire a Permitting Manager in Singapore. You’ll own the regulatory approval pathway for a complex facility build, acting as the bridge between the project team and government agencies to keep construction timelines on track.

You will secure and track permits, navigate environmental, biosafety, and facility certification processes, manage documentation, and collaborate with design and construction teams to

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/infrastructure permitting in a regulated facility environment (pharma, biotech, semiconductor, or similar).
• Comfort navigating regulatory processes across APAC jurisdictions is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management with government agencies and internal teams.
• Track record of keeping permitting on pace with construction timelines.

Responsibilities

• Securing and tracking all permits and approvals for construction and facility operation.
• Navigating environmental, biosafety, and facility certification regulatory requirements.
• Managing documentation and liaising with government agencies.
• Collaborating with design, construction, and project management to prevent bottlenecks in permitting.
• Troubleshooting and resolving permitting obstacles as they arise.
