Job summary

Space Executive Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Permitting Manager in Singapore to own the regulatory approval pathway for complex facility builds. You will liaise between the project team and government agencies to keep construction timelines on track.

Responsibilities include securing permits, navigating environmental, biosafety and facility certifications, and coordinating with design, construction and PM teams to prevent bottlenecks. Strong APAC regulatory experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/infrastructure permitting, ideally within a regulated facility environment (pharma, biotech, semiconductor, or similar).
• Comfort navigating regulatory processes across more than one APAC jurisdiction is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work credibly with both government agencies and internal project teams.
• Track record of keeping permitting on pace with live construction timelines.

Responsibilities

• Securing and tracking all permits and approvals required for construction and facility operation.
• Navigating local and national regulatory requirements, including environmental, biosafety, and facility certification processes.
• Managing documentation and liaising directly with relevant government agencies.
• Working closely with design, construction, and project management teams to prevent permitting from becoming a bottleneck.
• Troubleshooting and resolving permitting obstacles as they arise.
