Job summary

Smart IMS Inc in Singapore seeks a Payments Technology Strategy Manager to shape and govern the technology roadmap for payments across APAC. You will oversee analysis of change drivers and curate forward-looking strategies for payments flows in a leading global investment bank client.

Ideal candidates have banking/payments domain experience, a IT degree, and 5–7+ years in Product Owner or Business Analysis within Banking IT.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in Banking IT/Finance IT.
Experience in Product Owner or Business Analysis within payments domain is preferred.
Strong stakeholder communication and risk management awareness.

Responsibilities

Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting.
Analyse current state of technology across payment products for APAC markets.
Develop and socialize 3, 5 and 10 year technology strategy for payments.
Drive risk engagement & management and issue identification.
Foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate risk culture.
Assess regulatory changes impacting technology and operations and drive risk mitigation.
Identify opportunities to streamline technology management processes across divisions.
Assist business owners with identifying significant risks including audit and regulatory issues.
Promote good risk culture and participate in technology strategy activities.
