Job summary

OceanX, a nonprofit expanding its APAC partnerships, seeks a Senior Manager to grow relationships with funders in Singapore and across APAC. You will steward existing partnerships, cultivate new opportunities, manage the donor CRM, and assist with event coordination.

The ideal candidate has a track record in nonprofit fundraising, with major gifts experience, and will interact with the Dalio Family Office and OceanX leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years in partnerships or nonprofit fundraising with major gifts.
• Proven success securing funding from senior-level donors.
• Experience using donor CRM systems.
• Strong project management and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Steward and cultivate partner relationships, developing proposals and reports for ongoing engagement.
• Represent OceanX to external stakeholders, including philanthropic and government partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and research prospects to inform outreach.
• Manage the prospect pipeline with outreach and follow-ups.
• Support event coordination, including planning and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate internal processes to ensure cross-team alignment and standards.
• Support regional travel and work aboard OceanXplorer, including Southeast Asia.
• Adapt to flexible hours for cross-time zone collaboration.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
